First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study aims to find ways to predict which people with chronic pancreatitis will get pain relief from a procedure called endoscopic therapy. Researchers will use brain tests, pain sensitivity tests, and questionnaires before the procedure. They will then follow 100 adults for 18 months to see how their pain changes. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatment for each patient.
