Summary

This study aims to see if using prediction models to identify Veterans who would benefit most from lung cancer screening can increase the number of people who get screened. Lung cancer is the top cancer killer of Veterans, often found too late for a cure. The trial will enroll about 23,520 Veterans and compare screening rates when doctors use these prediction tools versus standard care.
