Summary
This study looks for early signs that a person having their first psychotic episode will not get better with standard treatment. Researchers will use brain imaging to find markers that predict poor response by month 3. The goal is to identify these patients sooner so they can receive more tailored care. The study involves 80 people aged 18-35 with a first episode of schizophrenia or related disorders.
