New study aims to forecast depression relapse before it strikes

Summary
This study follows 252 people whose major depression is in remission to find early warning signs of relapse. Researchers will track symptoms, sleep, physical activity, thinking skills, and brain activity. The goal is to build a tool that helps doctors predict and prevent future depressive episodes.
