Brain scans could predict who Won't respond to psychosis treatment
NCT ID NCT02670447
Summary
This study aims to identify patients experiencing their first psychotic episode who are unlikely to respond to standard treatments. Researchers will use brain imaging scans from 80 participants to find markers that predict poor treatment response at three months. The goal is to help doctors identify non-responders early so they can receive more appropriate care sooner.
