Summary
This study aims to see if computer data already collected in hospitals can be used to predict how many nurses are needed on a ward. Researchers will analyze past hospital data and ask nurses about their staffing tools to develop a new prediction method. The goal is to help hospitals plan safer and more efficient nurse staffing.
