First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study aims to find ways to predict how well a person with migraine will respond to a class of drugs called anti-CGRP monoclonal antibodies. Researchers will analyze clinical, biological, and brain imaging data from 350 participants aged 18 to 65 with high-frequency or chronic migraine. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment from the start, improving quality of life and reducing unnecessary costs.
