This study looks at fetuses with a rare heart condition called pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum. Researchers want to create a tool to predict which babies can have a two-sided heart repair after birth, which leads to better survival and quality of life. The study will follow 150 participants from before birth until age 2, tracking outcomes like survival and need for procedures.
