Summary
This study aims to create a prediction tool to identify which patients are at high risk for heart injury after major liver or bile duct surgery. Researchers will collect data from 1,800 patients to build a model that considers a patient's health, surgical details, and blood test results. The goal is to give doctors a clearer picture of heart risk before and during surgery to help prevent complications.
