Scientists hunt for early warning signs of clogged arteries
NCT ID NCT05800093
Summary
This study aims to find better ways to predict which patients with early signs of clogged heart arteries will get worse. Researchers will combine CT heart scans with blood protein and genetic tests in 310 adults at risk for heart disease. The goal is to identify patterns that signal future artery problems, not to test a new treatment.
