NCT ID NCT07495709

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at very premature babies (born at 26-27 weeks) to see if their reactions to mouth stimulation at 29 weeks can predict feeding difficulties at 36 weeks. Researchers will observe 80 babies and record their responses. The goal is to create a simple tool to spot feeding problems early, before the baby goes home.
