New test aims to predict which uterine cancers come back

NCT ID NCT04604613

Summary

This study aims to find out if a molecular test can predict whether low-risk endometrial cancer will return after a patient has surgery to remove it. Researchers are studying 518 patients who are scheduled for a hysterectomy. They will analyze tumor tissue and track patients for two years to see if the test results match who actually has a cancer recurrence.
