Brain scans may predict who will lose memory after radiation

Summary
This study looks at whether special MRI scans can predict which meningioma patients will have memory or thinking problems after radiation therapy. About 67 adults with slow-growing brain tumors will be followed for two years. The goal is to find brain areas most sensitive to radiation so future treatments can be tailored to protect cognitive function.
