Summary
This study aims to find the best way to predict which older cancer patients will experience severe side effects from chemotherapy. Researchers will follow 150 patients aged 65+ and compare three different assessment tools given before treatment starts. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients early so they can adjust treatment plans to reduce harmful side effects.
