Blood test could predict who wins fight against lymphoma with CAR-T
NCT ID NCT06352242
Summary
This study aims to find a blood test that can predict how well patients with a type of lymphoma will respond to CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers will look at a process called 'trogocytosis' in immune cells from 85 patients and some healthy volunteers. The goal is to identify early signs that show whether the treatment will work or if serious side effects are likely.
