First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a 14-day program combining exercise, mindfulness, sleep tips, a Mediterranean diet, and supplements is practical for adults aged 55-70 who are at risk for faster aging. The main goal is to see if people will join and stick with the program, not to measure health effects. Only 10 participants will be enrolled to prepare for a larger future trial.
