This study tested whether switching from Acuvue Oasys contact lenses to PRECISION7 lenses improves comfort and reduces dry eye symptoms. Seventy-one adults who were happy with their current lenses wore PRECISION7 lenses for two weeks. They completed surveys about their experience, focusing on dryness and irritation.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that PRECISION7 lenses offer better comfort and fewer dry eye symptoms for people who currently wear Acuvue Oasys lenses.
What could go wrong
This is a small, completed study with only 71 participants. Results may not apply to all contact lens wearers, and any benefits might be modest.
