NCT ID NCT07348367

First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two types of prostate cancer surgery: the standard radical prostatectomy and a newer precision prostatectomy that aims to spare nerves and tissues. The goal is to see if the precision approach helps men recover sexual and urinary function better while still controlling the cancer. About 160 men with low- or intermediate-risk prostate cancer will take part, and their outcomes will be measured one year after surgery.
