Summary
This study tested whether specially tinted glasses can reduce visual stress symptoms like eye strain and reading difficulties in university students. 72 students with visual stress symptoms wore the glasses and reported their reading speed and comfort. The goal was to see if these precision-tinted lenses make reading easier and more comfortable.
