Summary
This study is testing new drug combinations for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers will give 160 participants either a single new drug or combinations with other treatments to see how safe they are and if they can shrink tumors. The goal is to find better ways to control this difficult cancer and extend patients' lives.
