Summary
This study is for people with metastatic cancer that has spread and who have a specific gene change called an ATM mutation. Researchers want to see if a lower dose of radiation can still control the tumor, which might mean fewer side effects. About 40 adults will take part, and the study will track whether the treated tumor grows back or needs more radiation.
