Personalized plan fights early dementia in groundbreaking trial
NCT ID NCT05894954
Summary
This study tested if a personalized, detailed treatment plan works better than standard care for people with early memory loss or mild dementia. For 9 months, one group followed a plan tailored to their specific test results, focusing on diet, exercise, and other lifestyle factors. Researchers compared their memory test scores to a group receiving standard care to see which approach was more effective.
