Summary
This study aims to find the best personalized dose of the antifungal drug isavuconazole for people over 60 with serious lung fungal infections. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and track how well the treatment works and its side effects. The goal is to see if adjusting the dose based on an individual's needs is safer and more effective than a standard one-size-fits-all approach.
