Summary
This study aims to find the best personalized dose of the antifungal drug isavuconazole for people over 60 with serious lung fungal infections. Researchers will check drug levels in the blood and see how patients respond to different doses to improve treatment safety and effectiveness. The goal is to create a more precise treatment plan for older adults, who often take multiple medications and may process drugs differently.
