Summary

This study tests whether a drug called tranexamic acid (TXA) can prevent brain bleeds from expanding in people with a type of stroke called intracerebral hemorrhage. The trial will enroll 70 adults who have a brain bleed larger than a certain size depending on its location. The goal is to see if giving TXA early can reduce the risk of neurological worsening and improve recovery.
