NCT ID NCT06725030

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study is testing a robotic system called Symani to help surgeons perform very precise microsurgery, such as reconnecting tiny blood vessels during reconstructive surgery or treating lymphedema (swelling). About 455 adults will take part, and researchers will check if the system works well on the first try and if it causes any device-related problems within 30 days. The goal is to see if this technology can make these complex surgeries safer and more effective.
