Summary

This study tested the safety and effects of two different prebiotic supplements in 60 healthy adults. Participants took either a standard prebiotic, a modified 'humanized' version, or a placebo daily for four weeks. Researchers measured gut symptoms, changes in gut bacteria, and markers of inflammation to see how the body reacted.
