Summary
This study tests whether taking a prebiotic fiber blend every day for 12 weeks can lower stress levels in healthy adults who feel mild to severe stress. Participants will take either the fiber powder or a placebo and report their stress, mood, and anxiety. The goal is to see if changing gut bacteria can help people feel calmer.
