Summary

This study tests whether taking a daily prebiotic fiber powder for 12 weeks can reduce stress, improve mood, and lower inflammation in healthy adults who feel stressed. About 156 people will take either the fiber blend or a placebo, without knowing which they get. The goal is to see if feeding good gut bacteria can help calm the mind.
