Summary
This study is testing whether taking a daily powdered prebiotic fiber blend for 12 weeks can help reduce feelings of stress, improve mood, and ease anxiety in healthy adults. Researchers will compare the fiber supplement to a placebo (a look-alike powder with no active ingredient) in about 156 participants. The goal is to see if supporting gut health through this fiber can positively influence mental well-being and reduce inflammation.
