Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special prebiotic-rich diet to standard immunotherapy can help control advanced melanoma that has stopped responding to previous immunotherapy. It involves a small group of patients who will follow the diet while receiving the drugs ipilimumab and nivolumab. The main goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and extend life for these patients.
