Summary

This small study aimed to understand how a popular multi-ingredient pre-workout supplement affects muscle strength and fatigue. Researchers tested 13 healthy, young men who took the supplement before performing leg exercises designed to cause muscle tiredness. They measured changes in leg strength and electrical muscle activity to see if the supplement helped delay fatigue.
