Summary

This study looks at whether supervised exercise before surgery can improve physical fitness in people with bone cancer. About 45 patients will take part, with some doing guided exercise sessions and others receiving standard care. The goal is to see if the exercise program is practical and helps patients feel stronger going into surgery.
