Summary

This small study is testing a new 6-week phone coaching program designed to help patients prepare for surgery to repair an aortic aneurysm. The program, called 'Ready for Recovery,' helps participants set goals for exercise, diet, and breathing exercises, and provides support for stress and quitting smoking. The main goal is to see if patients find the program helpful and can complete it, and to check for early signs that it might improve recovery.
