Can getting stronger before surgery help beat pancreatic cancer?
NCT ID NCT07478185
Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if a structured fitness, nutrition, and symptom management program can be successfully used by adults with pancreatic cancer who are receiving chemotherapy before planned surgery. The main goal is to test whether patients can participate in and stick with the program. Researchers hope this 'prehabilitation' may improve patients' physical function and recovery after their operation.
