Could Pre-Surgery workouts speed up recovery from joint replacement?

Summary
This study is testing if a special exercise program before hip or knee replacement surgery helps people recover faster and feel better. Researchers will enroll 44 adults with severe osteoarthritis who are scheduled for surgery. They will measure if the pre-surgery exercises improve strength, walking ability, pain, and overall quality of life after the operation.
