Pre-Surgery workouts may boost recovery in head and neck cancer patients

Summary

This study looks at whether a supervised, home-based exercise program before surgery can help people with head and neck cancer recover faster and feel better. About 66 patients will take part, doing exercises at home with weekly phone check-ins. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and improves recovery, mobility, and quality of life.
