Summary
This study is testing if giving a single, precise dose of radiation before surgery is better at preventing cancer from spreading in the brain's lining than giving five smaller doses after surgery. It involves 200 adults with a limited number of brain tumors from other cancers that are suitable for removal. The goal is to see which timing leads to better control of the disease and fewer complications.
