First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program combining a special nutritional supplement (with synbiotics) and supervised exercise can improve muscle strength, gut health, immune function, and thinking skills in people aged 50-80 who are showing early signs of frailty. The goal is to see if this approach can help prevent or reverse the physical and mental declines that often come with aging. The study involves 40 participants in Singapore.
