Summary
This study checks if prazosin capsules made at a factory in Puerto Rico work the same as those made in Italy. About 69 healthy adults will take single doses of the capsules and have blood samples taken to measure how the drug is absorbed and cleared. The goal is to confirm the two versions are equivalent, ensuring a smooth manufacturing site transfer.
