Summary
This study explored whether using a daily prayer and faith app (Pray.com) could improve mental health and spiritual well-being. It involved 77 adults from racial and ethnic minority groups who used the app for four weeks. The main goal was to see if the app was practical and acceptable to use, and to check for any early signs it might help with stress, anxiety, or depression.
