Summary
This study is testing a combination treatment for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned. It combines a pill made from a natural fungus compound (PRaG-1) with targeted radiation, immune-boosting injections, and standard immunotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see if this four-part approach can help control the cancer by improving the body's immune response and shrinking tumors, while also checking for side effects.
