This study looked at whether taking a daily supplement called PQQ for six weeks changes how the body uses fat and energy during exercise in people who are not endurance-trained. Twenty-four basketball players took either PQQ or a placebo. Researchers measured their body composition, blood markers, and how their bodies burned fuel during a cycling test.
