Summary

This study tests whether a technique called percutaneous peripheral nerve stimulation (PPNS) can better control pain after shoulder surgery. Sixty adults having shoulder surgery will be randomly assigned to receive PPNS or standard pain management. The main goal is to see if PPNS reduces the amount of morphine needed in the first 48 hours after surgery.
