First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study follows 66 people with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) and healthy volunteers over 2 years to understand how thinking skills change. Researchers use memory and attention tests along with advanced brain scans to see which brain changes cause cognitive problems. The goal is to learn more about the disease, not to test a treatment.
