This study tested a special program to prevent postpartum depression in women who gave birth after an earthquake in Türkiye. Researchers interviewed 24 new moms to understand their needs, then created a trauma-informed program. 106 women took part, with half receiving the program and half getting usual care. The goal was to see if the program could lower depression symptoms and stress.
