Summary

This study tests a drug called pozelimab in 5 children aged 1 to 5 who have CHAPLE disease, a rare inherited condition causing severe stomach and heart problems. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and what side effects may occur. Researchers will also measure drug levels in the blood and check if it improves protein levels.
