Summary

This study tests whether using a Powerball (a spinning hand exercise device) on a stable surface or an unstable surface (BOSU ball) can improve arm endurance and coordination in children with Down syndrome. Twenty-eight children ages 6-10 will do 30-minute sessions three times a week for three weeks. Parents will rate arm ability, and coordination will be measured with a standard test.
