New training program aims to give kids with severe CP greater independence
NCT ID NCT06347432
Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week training program can help children with severe cerebral palsy learn to use power wheelchairs more effectively. Researchers want to see if this training leads to better wheelchair skills and greater independence both right after training and 8 weeks later. The study involves 16 children who cannot walk or use manual wheelchairs effectively and are not already using power wheelchairs.
