Summary

This study tested whether a powder supplement could improve sleep and daytime performance in adults with sleep troubles. Forty participants tried a placebo for two weeks, then the test powder for four weeks, while tracking their sleep with a Fitbit and questionnaires. The goal was to see if the powder helped people sleep better, feel more rested, and have more energy.
